I know I have been saying it a lot lately – but it has just been so true. I was so blessed to have yet another beautiful family to work with. This was the first time I had met any of the family and Mom was just a to work with, so sweet and kind, so full of love for her family. My assistant was unable to make it – but even if she had been here I think Dad would have put her out of a job! He was rock star – by the end he even figured out what to do during a tough pose before I got the words out. Super impressive 😉
And let’s not forget the star of the show. Sweet little Poyraz – what a dream baby. He fussed exactly twice, in two and half hours, and both times went right back to sleep in minutes. I mean seriously? Dream baby.
When we scheduled the session Mom had a special request. It turns out she is a professional Violist and wanted to incorporate her Viola into the session. Um, yes please, what a lovely request. Her instrument was just beautiful and we all had a lot of fun posing this little guy around it. He even changed up the pose on us – and made it better than what we were trying to do! I love when clients bring in a treasured item like this – it makes me so happy to think of the joy it will bring Mom to see two of her favorite things in one picture on her wall (maybe in her studio?). How fun!
And then the last photo…I know, I know, it is September, a little early for that red and white season coming at the end of the year…but I just couldn’t resist. I have been ordering the Christmas supplies and props since July to get ready for the season – and they are just sitting here, staring at me, waiting… Yep, I am pretty much worse than a five year old when it comes to waiting for December 25th, so just smile and enjoy with me 😉
Thank you Baby Poyraz for a wonderful morning together – I do hope to see you again soon…
Thank you Sweet Pea Hats for the precious grey Pixie Bonnet and Bekima Knits for the darling Knotted Santa 🙂
PS I would love to hear your feedback! If 15 of Baby P’s friends and family make comments on this blog post and 15 become new fans on the studio facebook page (the same person can do both if they would like – just leave a comment on the FB page that you are a new fan!) I will gift his Mom and Dad an extra 5×7 print as a thank you gift. Thanks for visiting my blog ♥ Renee

There is absolutely no word to describe my feelings about baby Poyraz, but I must say, these pictures capture his happiness, calmness and sweetness so well, which made me miss him even more..
