Sweet Baby C…He has a special place in my heart.  I will be forever grateful I said yes when I got an email from his beautiful mama last year asking if I had room for a newborn session.  We were at the beach and he was already six weeks old.  I remember panicking a little – I had never photographed a baby born so young, we would be doing his session at seven weeks, yet still almost a week before his due date!

He was a joy to work with and his family has been wonderful to get to know over the last year.  I had the privilege of photographing him again at five months for their Holiday session and I am oh so glad we were able to squeeze him in for an *almost* one year session just before our big move.  And he seemed pretty happy about it too!  I think he was the happiest little one year old I have photographed – so fully of giggles, belly laughs and great big smiles.  What a fantastic way to say goodbye to my Virginia studio!

Thank you Baby C for adding so much joy to my life 🙂  I wish you all the best little guy!

I love these progressions with babies – their expressions as they warm up to the idea of the camera (and me!) are just priceless…
