You may have noticed a trend around my studio. Not only am I a mother to two boys, but for the last several months it seems that only boys want to come to my studio to have their pictures taken!  Now, I have taken photos for some darling girls out and about – at parties, on location for family sessions, in homes, but in my studio?  Not too many.  And not a single newborn girl since last December – and that was when I was still on crutches!  So, as you might imagine, I have been ready…

Just when I thought I would burst (my closet too – I have had months and months of buying all these darling girl props and no one to use them on!), along comes Princess Brea.

Melt.My.Heart.

And she was perfect.  Like barely opened her eyes for four hours kind of perfect.  Um yes, I kind of made them stay for four hours – I had too many ideas I wanted to try, too many new props to use, and, quite honestly, I was having too much fun 🙂

But the best part?  When I spoke with Mom yesterday she told me how much they enjoyed the whole experience and that they loved spending their morning here.  They haven’t seen their photos yet, so she was talking about the experience – it made my day.  I really do want each and every person who comes through my studio to have a wonderful experience – to want to have their photos taken again and again.   I love doing what I do and I want you to love it too!

Thank you sweet princess for coming to meet me…

Thank you Sweet Pea Hats for the precious knit hat, If the Crown Fits for the beautiful Arden Crown, Woodsy Wonders for the darling baby bed and Sew Whimsey for all the lovely headbands.

PS I would love to hear your feedback!  If 15 of Princess B’s friends and family make comments on this blog post and 15 become new fans on the studio facebook page (the same person can do both if they would like – just leave a comment on the FB page that you are a new fan!) I will gift her Mom and Dad an extra 5×7 print as a thank you gift.  Thanks for visiting my blog ♥ Renee
