This was my first outdoor family session of the fall and I feel like it was a bit of a look into the near future for me.  I ran for most of the session trying to keep up with this darling little full of life two year old – and I don’t know if I have stopped running since!  What a busy fall this has been!  I am loving every minute of it – but every once in a while I do wish I had a few more minutes to enjoy the fun 😉  But who needs sleep, right?!?

But seriously, this was such a fun session to photograph.  I started photographing this feisty little two year as a newborn and then along came her happy jolly baby brother this spring.  It is so wonderful to watch these babies – and my families – grow.  I truly count it as a privilege to be considered the family photographer.

And I just loved how this session turned out.  It was so true to this family.  There was a lot of running, exploring and discovering – and not so much sitting still – but we kept it true to them and the stage of life they are in.  This little girl is full of life – she wants to experience it all and I love that about her.  And sweet happy baby brother…he sure went with the flow like a champ!

Thank you S family for trusting me with your family photos – not just to capture that one posed shot, but to allow me to walk beside you and catch you interacting with and playing with your children, that is where the true joy is for me.

PS I would love to hear your feedback!  If 15 of the S Family’s friends and family make comments on this blog post and 15 become new fans on the studio facebook page (the same person can do both if they would like – just leave a comment on the FB page that you are a new fan!) I will gift Mom and Dad an extra 5×7 print as a thank you gift.  Thanks for visiting my blog ♥ Renee
